[winGRASS] Missing index.html file in Cygwin GRASS 6.2.2-1 (18-Jul-2007)

Apparently, the index.html file is missing in Cygwin GRASS 6.2.2-1 
(18-Jul-2007)  I dowloaded from 
http://grass.ibiblio.org/grass62/binary/mswindows/. Also other 
sub-indexes like display.html, raster.html seem to be missing -- these 
pages are there in the online HTML 6.2.2 manual. Is there a particular 
reason for that?
