[winGRASS] Running MS Windows GRASS 6.3

I've unzipped Grass6.3 to c://grass (so it doesn't have spaces in 
directory names) and installed the software mentioned in 
http://moritz.homelinux.org/grass/wingrass/README instruction 
(ActiveState Tcl, Msys).
I tried to run Grass and it looked like nothing had happened. I also 
tried to run ActiveState Tcl, Msys and start Grass after but the effect 
was the same.
I'm using Win XP. What may be the reason?
