[winGRASS] Running MS Windows GRASS 6.3

Could you be more specific ? How did you run GRASS ? What do you mean by 
'nothing had happened' ?

You can try to run GRASS from the command line. Launch cmd.exe (From the 
start menu chose 'Execute' or 'Run' and type cmd.exe). Then type 
c:\grass\bin\grass63.bat -> Enter and then see what happens.

You do not need to 'run' these before starting GRASS.
