[GRASS-windows] WinGRASS: Error with c++ compiler

In the compilation of the winGRASS snapshot, I get an eror with the C++ compiler.

/c/grass63RC3/extra/ is where I unzipped the wingrass-extralibs.tar.gz of Paul Kelly.
Any idea?
