R: R: [GRASS-windows] Can Only access GUI, no Command Shell

Thanks! I think I may have found a bug on Vista. I had to "Run as
Administrator" to get the installer to install the Start Menu shortcuts. In
any case, the installer hangs right before downloading Spearfish data. I get
a second window saying that it is trying to copy a file of size 81 bytes,
but it never completes. I am not sure what file it is, but it causes the
environment to not get set correctly. Entering MSYS and typing grass63
yields a "Command not found" error. The installer finishes the installation,
but that one file never copies.
The installer works *perfectly* on my XPSP2 box! :-)

Thanks!
Ryan
