[GRASS-windows] New WinGrass Release

Hi All,

Any suggestions about changing the default language
setting in WinGrass. I am using Japanese Windows
but would like to have GRASS menu in English, instead
of default Japanese.

Is there a menu to change language settings in the GRASS-GUI,
or I have to change by editing the .gisrc file.
