[GRASS-windows] error with r.watershed.ram.exe

Dear all,

I can't run r.watershed on my windows server, but I can run the exact 
same command in my personal linux laptop.

The specifications and details are below. I am afraid that the package I 
installed is not the correct one for a server. Let me know what you think.

Should I report a bug?
