Καλησπέρα Αντώνη,

Από ότι βλέπω στην λίστα του QGIS, έχει αναφερθεί ξανά το πρόβλημα σε 
αυτό το plugin και η λύση είναι να το κάνεις compile από τον κώδικα για 
την έκδοση του QGIS που έχεις.
Αυτό συμβαίνει επειδή είναι C++ plugin και απαιτεί recompile για να 
ενεργοποιηθεί. Εφόσον το έχουν κάνει compile για 32bit, είναι λογικό να 
μην παίζει στα 64....
