δείτε το παρακάτω -- αν δεν το έχετε δει.  Έχουμε κάτι για την Ελλάδα;
Το geodata.gov.gr δε φαίνεται να διαθέτει κάτι (ακόμη;) και τα ΕΛ.ΤΑ. έχουν 
μια εφαργμογή για αναζήτηση ταχυδρομικών κωδικών -- πουθενά όμως ( όπως είναι 
αναμενόμενο; ) "πρωτογενή" δεδομένα για χρήση.
