Πολύγωνα έτοιμα, ελεύθερα δεν νομίζω να υπάρχουν. Είναι πολύ δουλειά...

ΟΜΩΣ, κάποιος καλός κύριος [1] αποφάσισε να αντιγράψει όλη (;;) την
βάση των ταχυδρομικών κωδικών σε csv (ΝΟΜΟΣ,ΟΔΟΣ,ΑΡΙΘΜΟΣ,ΠΕΡΙΟΧΗ,ΤΚ
50000+ εγγραφές, το μετέτρεψα σε UTF8  )

Για ευκολία την στέλνω συνημμένα για όποιον ενδιαφέρετε.
