[Gvsig_italian] compilazione gvSig

La compilazione "liscia" avviene solo con la 1.5, con la 1.6 ci sono
degli errorini che è abbastanza facile fissare, mentre con la 1.4 non
c'è verso di compilare, a quanto ne so...
cmq c'è un readme ababstanza esplicativo da seguire passo passo.
Io in passato ho avuto un problema: il run external tools -> build all
punta ad un build.xml di un progetto, mentre devi correggerlo per
farlo puntare al build.xml di tutti i progetti (è nella root dei
sorgenti).
