[Gvsig_italian] Affine transform of vector layer in gvSIG

Ciao. Dalla lista internazionale:
 
Benjamin Duke: "si può fare affine transform anche con l'estensione di topologia e il suo tool di geoprocessing per fare transformazioni."
 
Antonio Falciano: "si può fare anche con il tool "Transform" di Sextante (fa lo stesso che v.transform di GRASS)"

Prof. Alberto Beinat asked about the possibility of applying an affine transform to a vector layer in gvSIG. I think it's not possible in gvSIG or Sextante, but GRASS has a function to do exactly that:

Does this not mean that it is possible to do what Beinat was asking by using gvSIG + Sextante + GRASS?
