Many thanks for participating in the meeting and your kind offer to help with the promotions committee. It will be really helpful to get your help with our website as it is key for promotion. Could you please contact  Manuel (cc in) and colleagues in Mexico so you can provide your inputs for the website and promotion. Thanks again for your help with this.

Any others interested to help with promotion and website please email me and we will discuss this separately (to avoid mail overload in the list) and update all in our monthly meetings.

Thanks for conducting the meeting earlier and for preparing the summary on the wiki.  I see there your call for volunteers for several activities, including promotion of the labs network.  As I mentioned in the meeting, I'm available for working on the promotions part, and would enjoy discussing ideas on the subject with any other subscribers to this list with a similar interest.

Luis Bermudez  - your idea of creating  training materials using GitHub and to setup a process of regular updates to the  training materials is excellent. We look forward to work with you on this.

Maria - good work on leading the COST proposal. I am sure it will be a excellent bid.

Thanks all for attending and it was good to talk to many of you today.

Also thanks to Kim and Phillip (GeoTech Centre) for hosting us.
