[Ica-osgeo-labs] First Australian Open Source Geospatial Laboratory to Support Smarter Cities will be built at the University of Melbourne

Hi All

Thanks for the support of everyone in the labs initiative, particularly
Suchith who has helped us getting this exciting initiative up and running.
It is fantastic to have this lab now official at the University of
Melbourne.

Look forward to catching up with those of you who are going to ICC2013 in
Dresden.
