Just a side note: Be aware that "Postgres Plus Professional
Certification" is referring to "Postgres Plus" which is under
"EnterpriseDB Limited Use License".  Actually there exists a
PostgreSQL certification here:
http://www.oss-db.jp/outline/eng_silver.shtml .
