Jody,

Well, I was more wondering how decisions get made.  It seems like each of
the meetings could end up going a different way on a decision.  Also folks
who attend the second meeting might feel pressured to just go along with
whatever the first meeting decided.  It would be hard to "make the case" for
an idea in both venues.  etc.

If it is just an awareness building excercise then I it wouldn't be a problem
I suppose, but that is only part of what needs to happen.
