Meeting Minutes

Folks,

I have written up the minutes for the meeting yesterday.  It was
eventful with the remaining mentors assigned, and agreement to push
for a cleaned up set of incubation process documents for possible approval
next week, and then carrying forward to the board.  This will also set
the stage for projects to exit incubation if they are ready.
