I hereby motion to alter the "Project Status Template" text from this:

The issue was very tangentially already addressed in the status template, but
this makes it more explicit.  This motion is in followup to Paul's suggestion.

I also think it would be good for the incubator to offer some standard text
for possibly use by projects that gets the point across.  Does anyone want
to take a crack at this in the wiki?
