Meeting Scheduled for Monday Aug 7th (1930UTC)

Folks,

I am scheduling an incubator meeting for Monday August 7th.  Topics include
more detailed discussion on refining the incubation process (leading out of
discussions following Sean's post), and pre-review of MapBuilder which is
nearing graduation.

At Cameron's request I have scheduled the meeting for 1h30m later that
