Meeting Today

Folks,

This is a reminder that we have a scheduled meeting of IncCom today at
2:00pm EST.

Rich will be with us today, so we can discuss some of the IP and contributor
agreement issues in more depth.

Since we don't have a great deal of official business, I would like to make
this more of a working meeting where we can work out a rough incubation
checklist interactively.

I would also appreciate folks preparing their project incubation status
pages in the wiki.  Currently we have them for Geotools, GDAL and Mapbender.
