I have written up the minutes for todays meeting and setup an agenda for

Note, the main item decided today was that the Incubator Committee does not
want to force use of a contributor agreement on all projects, though some
project may choose to use it.  In addition to the re-licensing issues raised
by the GRASS team, there was a concern that the contributor agreement would
be a substantial barrier to contributors and did not offer real legal
protection against likely issues.
