Update to Collabnet vs Intergration page

I have updated the page with entries reflecting what geotools actually 
does. And have made a matrix of how our various community services are 
currently intergrated. While geotools does have room for improvement (we 
have many cruise control systems sending hate mail for example) I do not 
see any motivation to change at this time.

Feedback in encouraged, and I need to know more about how Collabnet 
actually integrates its offerings.
