Incubation Meeting Deferred

Folks,

I don't think Paul and Daniel have been able to complete the editing of
the official incubator documents sufficiently for review and voting in a
meeting today.  Since that was our only agenda item I would like to
defer the meeting one week.

I would encourage those with an interest to drop into IRC during the
meeting time slot for some collaberative work on the documents.

That time slot is starting at 18:00UTC (2:00pm EST, 11:00am PST).
