[Geotools-devel] Contributor agreement sample

Hi list,

Am I correct in my assumption that the following link will not help us 
interact with OSGeo (since it is founded in the us).
Thanks for the pointer Adrian, not sure if it applies in the OSGeo case 
- but perhaps we will hear back.
