Jody,

I skimmed the agreement and it seems to effect a copyright assignment where
applicable (ie. USA) and an assignment of "exclusive rights" where applicable
(ie. Germany, etc).

So, subject to review by Rich, I don't see why it wouldn't be a reasonable
approach.
