[Incubator] QGIS, deegree, other status

Folks,

QGIS graduation from incubation was approved by the board today.
Congratulations!

I will remind everyone that I'm looking for a volunteer to be deegree
mentor, so I can propose it for incubation.   If no one steps up on this,
a valuable project will languish at the starting block!

I'm also hoping for some sort of technical review of JVNMobileGIS.  If no
one Java savvy is willing to do a deeper investigation it is unlikely we
can move forward with this project.
