hm, how would you pursue this in practice? Should a company open its 
books, and for whom and to check what exactly?
My naive, admittedly pretty uneducated idea was that in this cosmos of 
coexistence open source and business both are free, based only on the 
licensing text and the contributor agreements. But maybe I misunderstood 
something in this thread and misinterpret now.
