Peter, Bruce,

I think Peter did what could be done by appealing again for a mentor.
There isn't really much we can do to formally start incubation without
a mentor volunteer.  If there is a volunteer who is not currently a
member of the incubation committee, but who has had enough involvement with
it and open source projects in the past to be a useful resource for the
incubation then we could certainly consider them as a mentor.
