Midwives,
I motion to graduate PostGIS from Incubation based on the documents in
the Wiki [1], Website [2] and the discussion on this list [3] (thanks
Jody for bringing up your points).

I will send my vote here with the next mail, which is valid only if
someone seconds the motion.

PS:
I know this is on way too short notice but I will be not be available
most of January and February so I would be really happy if we could get
this done now. But please speak up all the same if you still see any
issues with the current state of the project (apart from the web site
being down right now "It's not just you! http://www.postgis.org looks
down from here.")
