[Incubator] Motion to graduate PostGIS

Postgis website is online: http://postgis.org/

Before casting a vote, I'd like to question the content of PostGIS 
webpages, which gives the dated impression that Refractions is the 
primary (and only?) maintainer of PostGIS. (If this were the case, 
Postgis would have found it harder to pass incubation).
In particular, I suspect the following line on the home page, which 
links back to Refractions, probably should be updated:

Ask us <mailto:info at refractions.net> about consulting services 
<http://www.refractions.net/products/postgis/> and implementing new 
features.

Also, on the Support page: http://postgis.org/support/, only Refractions 
is listed as providing commercial support.
