Hi Landon,
sorry for not having been able to reply before.
As we wrote in our application we are not able to properly "count" the
actual GisClient's users number.
Including the ones who use GisClient web application developed by
Gis&Web, the ones the use the tools based on GisClient and developed
by Iren and R3-Gis the total amount  will be in between 500 and 1000.

There is not a proper international community involved in GisClient
development.  But:
- R3-GIS, the software society is based in  Merano, an area of Italy
where the most common language is German and not Italian.  but is
mainly working and offering GisClient based solutions in Austria,
Switzerland and Germany
- through the GisClient website we have been contacted by different
Enterprises and University Departaments  in Czech Republic, Brazil and
France.
- One  student at Trans-os-Montes University applied GisClient to his
final master dissertation about forest management and has made
translations for the GisClient project from English to Portuguese.
