[Incubator] Incubation Committee meeting Monday 17th

Cameron I was going to ask if we could do two timeslots (and a rolling agenda). It is a technique we used for geotools weekly IRC meetings in order to cut down on odd hours. 

The way it would work is we would set a sensible meeting time (perhaps at lunch?); and carry over the agenda for the evening meeting?

If you are keen to try; it would be to go over the http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Project_Graduation_Checklist with you. Indeed I was going to ask if we could make a page that consisted of *just* the final wording so people could read and make sense of the result?
