[Incubator] OSGeo incubation for Orfeo Toolbox (OTB) has been updated

Trac informs me that OTB ticket has been refresh (after "gasp" three years): http://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo/ticket/501

I am away next week, can I ask the email list to review the above application and consider if we know a volunteer available to mentor?

Aside: I have to respect their open source attitude with the moto "Orfeo Toolbox is not a black box" :)
