Ok, maybe my bad then on that one.   My expectation though, would be that it was a OSGeo designated spot.  Easier to control and format that way.

This bring to mind another thought related to the existing incubation process, trying to figure out what things have been checked off etc, for each step.  There are too many undocumented locations for the checked off items to chased down currently.  Seems like I needed to start over (almost) each time I tried to figure out what was done and what wasn’t..
That may just be me being a bad mentor, GeoMoose tried to handle an awful lot just on the email list. Everyone else took notes in a wiki (or version control) as they went.
