[Incubator] Incubation Phases

There are too many undocumented locations for the checked off items to chased down currently.  Seems like I needed to start over (almost) each time I tried to figure out what was done and what wasn’t..

That may just be me being a bad mentor, GeoMoose tried to handle an awful lot just on the email list. Everyone else took notes in a wiki (or version control) as they went.
