[Incubator] [otb-developers] Moving Forward With OTB OSGeo Incubation

Thanks for the answers guys. It sounds like we have two (2) action items
related to OSGeo Infrastructure:
1) Get OTB migrated to an OSGeo mailing list.
2) Get pointers from the default OSGeo web sites for OTB to the existing
OTB sites if needed. Let me do some poking around on this one.
I'll do a bit of footwork, and then I'll get back to you guys on the next
step.
