[Incubator] OTB Community Information

I've added the community information that OTB provided me to the OTB
Incubation Status page on the wiki:
http://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/OTB_Project_Incubation_Status

Here are the next steps:



*Have project documents been updated to reflect membership in the
foundation, and the relationship of the project to the foundation? If not,
indicate when this will occur?**Has an effort been made to brand the
project web site with OSGeo foundation web styling and branding marks? If
not, indicate what is planned.*


OTB Team: Let me know what you think about these two (2) questions. What,
if any OSGeo branding has been done at the OTB Project? If there hasn't
been any done, we should think about when it will make sense to do it, and
put a simple plan in place. (For example: We could put together a plan for
OSGeo branding changes after incubation is complete and you become an
official OSGeo Project.)
