Peter,
The responses to the criteria will be very specific to the Rasdaman
Project. Therefore, I don't think that a reference project will help that
much. Particularly as the Incubation process has matured over the years.
Let's set the benchmark for how future such Incubation Graduation reports
should be done.
The criteria has been clearly defined (IMHO).
We just need to respond accordingly.
Let's prepare a first draft and proceed from there.

Much of what we will need to reference has already been documented on the
Rasdaman wiki. We do not need to reproduce the wiki content in the
document. Just make the case for each criterion and refer readers to the
