[Incubator] MOTION: Accept GeoNode into incubation

Thanks for the clarification Andrea. Let us know if we can help with
any of these things. The GeoNode community has an amazon account with
a grant from AWS that we use to run our own demo server. We could
certainly run a geoserver instance in there if that was helpful.
