A couple more questions...

*3. The project has documented its management processes.*

The answer provides links for how to contribute, committers guide,
developers guide, documentation guide.

Is there anything on the project management (like how decisions are made?)

The next section talks about a technical steering committee and a roadmap
defined by the technical steering committee board. So I guess I am asking
how one can join the technical steering committee or suggest / volunteer /
or pay for features to be added to the roadmap.

(Please forgive the question if the mailing list archives make the answers
very clear in spanish)

*Board*

As incubation is wrapped up we will need to ask for a representative to act
as "project officer" (i.e. someone for the osgeo board to talk to on
occasion).

Do you have a volunteer in mind?
