Replying for pgRouting:

Regarding the naming -
1) leave it as OSGeo Labs
2) Supporting OSGeo
3) the suggested names look like slang of English speaking person

We like the idea of "Supporting OSGeo" where a project can claim this,
maybe with some minimal requirements, like code is on github and is
valid open source license. In general our feeling about incubation is
that the effort required to accomplish this does not match the benefits
attained by do it. We see it as hard to find a motivated mentor, lost of
paper work and projects get lost in incubation process for years due to
slow process on both sides.
