[Incubator] MOTION: GeoNode Graduation from OSGeo Incubation

Checking back today, is the
https://wiki.osgeo.org/wiki/GeoNode_Provenance_Review#Source_Files going to
be filled in?  While I have been cheerfully going over the codebase, it is
not really my assurance we are looking for out of the incubation process,
instead this is an opportunity for the project team to double check where
their code (and sample data) came from?
