[Incubator] motion: accept loader as community project

So I see the project is still there as a draft, perhaps you are waiting for
review?

Quickly:
- need a project logo / image
- project screen shot should show the project (or the data output for
example), you were using your company logo as a placeholder so I removed
that
- communication - you should be able to quickly fill in some communication
links (even if it is just to GitHub and issue tracker and download?)
- you link to the project wiki in your text, please fill it is as a
communication link also
- glad to see actual people working on the project, and service provider
being shown :)
- any chance of a team photo? open source is made of people ...

I will leave this as draft and look forward to seeing this go live shortly!
