[Incubator] MOSS heritage project: remaining steps to complete incubation ?

the MOSS heritage project has implemented the following infrastructure:

- Website: https://mossgis.org [The OSGeo website moss.osgeo.org will be added once the current technical difficulties have been solved.]

Which steps remain to complete the incubation process ?
