Working at OSGeo booth (well GeoCat booth table nearby) with to add
MapLibre to osgeo website.

Going through the checklist:


   1. Be geospatial
   Confirm by checking README or project description

   It has Map in the name; I think it is GeoSpatial enough for me.

   2. Have a free license or open source license
   The license must be OSI approved

   We look for a clear contribution policy.

With that in mind I am giving "nyurik" project author permissions and look
forward to seeing this listed on the website.

Json Singh also helped with feedback indicating that "Listing a project on
OSGeo Website" is more clear, less chance being confused with joining the
foundation.

It is also helping to show directly the
https://www.osgeo.org/choose-a-project/ page it is very effective.
