[Incubator] Permission to add Geogirafe on the OSGeo website

Dear OSGeo Community,

We (people behind GeoGirafe) would like to ask permission to add our project on the OSGeo website.

GeoGirafe is a Geoportal frontend based on standard WebComponents with openlayers, plugin-oriented and independent from any frameworks. Here are some links about us:
