Hi Judith,

This is all looking good - thanks for filling out the template and webpage.

I have now proposed to accept POLAR as an OSGeo Community Project.

We need 50%, and the motion stays open for two weeks.

I will check in on 2nd April, and see where we are.

If people on the list have questions, please do respond to them. I will 
also keep an eye on it.
