[Incubator] Official request for incubation of Giro3D project

We sent the following email in 2025 and had no news, I guess it fell down into some kind of vortex. I therefore allow myself for a new post, asking for official incubation of Giro3D as an official OSGeo project.

On behalf of the Giro3D project, I would like to officially start the incubation process.

This is therefore an application request.

I guess it is also a call for a mentor on OSGeo's side. Anyone interested ?

The project already has an OSGeo page :

We also started a pad to gather information and fully document the process, adding information as we progress :
