[Incubator] Oskari from Community to Project

Hi Juho,
sorry for the delay again. I have been swamped with work. Maybe a second 
direct nudge after years of no contact would have already have gotten us 
on the way.

The application is very old and we should update it ("we" meaning that 
you will also have to do something, this is not entirely on the 
incubator). Iirc everything is basically there. The only issue brought 
up in the committee was that the project appeared to be somewhat less 
accessible as we would like it to be due to a lot of communication being 
in Finnish language. The simple fact that the project is still around 
and alive maybe proves out theory wrong that a globally less accessible 
language must be a major issue.

Lets schedule a call to go through the application together, that will 
be easier than waiting for each other to do "something" undefined.
