[Incubator] request for Python `geojson` package OSGeo hosting

Greetings,

How do you do, fellow geospatial software enthusiast?

My name is Ray Riga and I have been the maintainer of the Python `geojson`
package since 2019. That whole time, the project was hosted by the Jazzband
collective, but that collective is winding down its operations, so the
Python `geojson` package is seeking a new institutional home.

The OSGeo community seems like the natural choice. May I please have
permission to create a project page on the website for this package?

My OSGeo id (and GitHub handle) is rayrrr

1. The Python `geojson` package is geospatial. It conforms tightly to RFC
7946 - The GeoJSON Format, which is a lightweight way to handle latitude,
longitude, and altitude data.

2. The license is BSD-3 clause.

3. We welcome contributions and I'd be happy to author a written
contribution policy.

Please advise.
